Henry Pitsch grew up in Madison, WI where he attended high school at Madison West. He played high school varsity sophomore and junior years with his senior year being the COVID year and did not have a season. As a high schooler he played travel ball for the Predators and Team Heat club teams. After graduating high school, Pitsch committed the UW-Eau Claire, where he started 37 games during his freshman 2020-21 season. As a freshman he hit .268 with two doubles, a triple, and two home runs. Enjoys spending time outdoors in his free time. Can also play the cello.
