The Johnson Creek Mapaches are one of the 2 original DCL teams when the league originated in 2021. The DCL started as a 3 team league with 2 teams located in Lake Mills and 1 located in Johnson Creek. In 2021, the Mapaches played all home games at Farmington Park. In 2022, all home games will be played at Johnson Creek Firemen's Park.
The Johnson Creek Mapaches were led by University of Evansville(NCAA DI) Manager Robbie Dombrowski and won the 2021 DCL Championship.
In 2022, the Mapaches will be joined by newcomers - Maunesha River Rats, Wisconsin Cheese Kings and Waukesha Foxes.
In 2022, the DCL will operate as a 5 team league in Southern Wisconsin and continue to grow, make improvements and give our athletes, coaches, interns and communities an incredible summer time experience!
